Ingredients

• 1 ea medium head of cabbage, quartered
• 2 T olive oil
• 2 T lemon juice
• 1 T Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

1. Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Season to taste.
2. Wrap each cabbage quarter in aluminum foil with 2 T sauce. Bake at 425 for 20-30 minutes.
3. Unwrap, plate and serve.
